Leasing process
What suite types are available at Relevé?

Studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom suites are available, each thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and appliances.

What documents are required to apply?

Contact the leasing team at info@releveottawa.com for current leasing requirements.

Is tenant insurance required?

Yes, you must provide proof of tenant liability insurance ($2 million coverage minimum) before receiving keys, and annually thereafter.

How are utilities billed?

Utilities are submetered and billed monthly based on your usage.

MOVE-IN PROCESS
How do I book my move-in?

Moves must be scheduled through the Building Office via email. Elevator bookings with protective pads are required.

Where do I get my keys and fobs?

Each resident receives one electronic fob (for suite and amenities) and one mailbox key. Additional or replacement fobs/keys are available at a cost.

Where is my mailbox and how do I receive packages?

Mailboxes are located in the Main Lobby and match your unit number. Parcel lockers are also in the lobby—delivery companies will send you access codes.

Who do I contact for help during move-in?

Concierge staff are available 24/7 in the lobby and can assist with building-related questions, safety, or maintenance.

What should I do when settling in?

Familiarize yourself with building access, explore amenity spaces, and introduce yourself to the Concierge. Review emergency procedures and locate your fire escape routes.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
What can the Concierge help me with?

The Concierge can assist with package acceptance, amenity bookings, dinner reservations, housekeeping, pet services, plant watering, mail holding, and more. Just ask—we’re here to help!

How do I request a service?

You can make a request in person, by phone, or by emailing releve@centurion.ca. Please provide 24–48 hours’ notice for non-urgent requests.

Can the Concierge access my suite while I’m away?

Yes—with your written permission. We can water plants, check your suite, or accept deliveries while you’re away. Just notify Concierge and complete a brief authorization form.

Are there any fees for using Concierge services?

Coordination through Concierge is complimentary. However, third-party services (like cleaning or pet care) are billed directly to you by the vendor, with quotes provided upfront.

Is the Concierge available 24/7?

Yes! Our Concierge is available around the clock. Please note that some third-party bookings may only be arranged during standard business hours.
